Shipping Coverage
Pamas currently ships across most serviceable locations within India through trusted courier and logistics partners.
Delivery availability may vary depending on the serviceability of the destination pin code.
Estimated Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–7 business days
- Remote or Difficult-to-Service Locations: 5–10 business days

Shipping Charges

Order Tracking

Delivery Guidelines

In cases where delivery attempts are unsuccessful due to customer unavailability or incorrect information, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
Damaged Packages During Transit
If you receive a package that appears visibly damaged, tampered with, or compromised during transit, please:
- Take clear photographs of the package before opening it.
- Report the issue to us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Retain the original packaging for verification purposes.
Such cases will be reviewed in accordance with our Replacement & Return Policy.
